Account data (provided via Google OAuth during sign-in):

  • email address;
  • first name;
  • last name.

Usage data:

  • video IDs and titles for which summaries were generated;
  • generated summary texts;
  • subscription status;
  • onboarding survey responses (role, task).

Technical data (collected automatically):

  • browser locale;
  • browser timezone.

2. How we use your data

  • Authentication — to verify your identity via Google OAuth;
  • Service delivery — to generate and store video summaries;
  • Payment processing — to process subscription payments;
  • Service notifications — to inform you about changes to your plan or this policy;
  • Analytics — to analyze usage patterns and improve the service.

3. Third parties

We share limited data with the following categories of third-party service providers:

Payment provider — receives your email address, payment amount, and payment ID to process transactions.

Authentication service — receives your OAuth token to verify your identity.

AI services — receive video data only (subtitles, title, description, keywords). No personal data is included in AI requests.

Analytics provider — receives anonymized usage statistics, IP address, page views, and referral sources.

4. Data we do NOT collect

  • browsing history;
  • web browsing activity beyond YouTube video data needed for summarization;
  • cookies in the extension;
  • form data.
